Well, that's to be expected! You wanna be a tad more ... specific? But should be fun right? Change is good.

JC life is terrible... There are endless piles and stacks of homework to do (you should see Wei Sheng's big black file - it's already the size of last year's file, and it's only April), lectures are boring and involves mainly mindless copying before going home to read up and trying to understand it.
Everyday ends at around 5, maybe even up to 8 at night if you want to take part in any particularly strenuous CCA, like a sports or Symphonic Band. You're practically staying in the junior college, except on weekends.
I take more than 1 hour to go home everyday, compared to 30 minutes back in DHS. And I go back to DHS to take a bus home too, since it's faster that way. It's terrible, JC life.

Yea, the travel time is loads more time consuming, but I find studying less subjects, as well as the nice facilities make JC life quite enjoyable actually...

Nah, I think the main advantage in facilities JC's have is the air-conditioned classrooms. Other than that, the number of lecture theatres with equipment that works is the only other advantage I can think of. Maybe it's because you're RJC, the one with a brand new campus...
And less subjects = still a lot of work. It's non-stop working and studying, even though there are less subjects. Personally, I don't see any major difference in subjects. English is replaced by G.P., Chinese is still there for those who have to take it, Math is always there, and so are the Sciences and Humanities. And because in JC, the depth and breadth in which we study a subject is a lot wider and deeper than that in Secondary School, the amount of work is definitely not less in JC. And there's still PW...

hey.
actually, rjc has no aircon classrooms. and the canteen is really far away from the classrooms (or anywhere really). i miss the sec 2, sec 3 classroom when the canteen is just *there*.
but it's fun, i think. really different, definitely.
